Choate Rosemary Hall Makes a 500 lbs. Turkey Donation to Glow Food Pantry

We coordinated a significant food donation initiative between Choate Rosemary Hall and GLOW Food Pantry in Wallingford. The successful effort resulted in the collection and delivery of 500 pounds of turkey, marking the largest single-day donation in GLOW's six-year operational history. This substantial contribution helped provide holiday meals to 238 Wallingford families during the Thanksgiving season. The collaborative effort between Choate and GLOW Food Pantry demonstrates the powerful impact that educational institutions can have when partnering with local organizations to address food insecurity in our community.
